No Reino Unido um homem com QI baixo (burro) foi proibido pelos tribunais de fazer… sexo! Alan, de 41 anos tinha um relacionamento com outro homem, identificado como Kieron, com o qual vivia. Ele disse ás autoridades que o relacionamento “o fazia feliz” e, por isso, gostaria de lhe dar continuidade. O juiz citou que a “inclinação vigorosa para o sexo” de Alan, era inapropriada e que o seu QI de 48, associado a um problema de aprendizagem moderado, faz com que ele não tenha noção plena do que está a viver, segundo reportagem do “Daily Telegraph”.

O juiz determinou, portanto, que Alan não pode ter relações sexuais porque não tem capacidade mental para entender os riscos para a saúde que a actividade pode implicar. A decisão judicial determinou que Alan fique sob rigorosa observação do Estado, a fim de evitar novos envolvimentos sexuais, e que ele more em local fornecido pelas autoridades da cidade em que vive. Alan já foi apanhado a fazer gestos obscenos em público.

Um psiquiatra envolvido no caso recusou-se a solicitar que o homem de 41 anos passe por aulas de educação sexual, pois, segundo ele, elas deixariam-no ainda mais confuso.

assim se explica porque o nosso (infelizmente) 1º ministro não gosta de sexo ...ou será que foi proibido???

so it explains why our (sadly) 1st minister does not like sex ... or was it banned??
