Numa época em que só se fala em “apertar o cinto”, o Ainanas teve acesso a esta carta escrita por um cidadão ao nosso Ministro das finanças, é verídica. Se todos tivéssemos a atitude deste homem, que não conheço, quem sabe se o nosso Portugal não melhorava, e os nossos governantes pensassem mais no povo que governam e que os elegeram. Passem a todos este acto de coragem.
«Exmo. Senhor Ministro das Finanças
Victor Lopes da Gama Cerqueira, cidadão eleitor e contribuinte deste País, com o número de B.I. 8388517, do Arquivo de identificação de Lisboa, contribuinte n.º152115870 vem por este meio junto de V. Exa. para lhe fazer uma proposta:
A minha Esposa, Maria Amélia Pereira Gonçalves Sampaio Cerqueira, vítima de CANCRO DE MAMA em 2008, foi operada em 6 Janeiro com a extracção radical da mesma.
Por esta ‘coisinha’ sem qualquer importância foi-lhe atribuída uma incapacidade de 80%, imagine, que deu origem a que a minha Esposa tenha usufruído de alguns benefícios fiscais.
Assim, e tendo em conta as suas orientações, nomeadamente para a CGA, que confirmam que para si o CANCRO é uma questão de só menos importância.
Considerando ainda, o facto de V. Ex.ª, coerentemente, querer que para o ano seja retirado os benefícios fiscais, a qualquer um que ganhe um pouco mais do que o salário mínimo, venho propor a V. Ex.ª o seguinte:
A devolução do CANCRO de MAMA da minha Mulher a V. Exa. que, com os meus cumprimentos, o dará à sua Esposa ou Filha.
Concomitantemente com esta oferta gostaria que aceitasse para a sua Esposa ou Filha ainda:
a) Os seis (6) tratamentos de quimioterapia.
b) Os vinte e oito (28) tratamentos de radioterapia.
c) A angústia e a ansiedade que nós sofremos antes, durante e depois.
d) Os exames semestrais (que desperdício Senhor Ministro, terá que orientar o seu colega da saúde para acabar com este escândalo).
e) A ansiedade com que são acompanhados estes exames.
e) A angústia em que vivemos permanentemente.
Em troca de V. Ex.ª ficar para si e para os seus com a doença da minha Esposa e os nossos sofrimentos eu DEVOLVEREI todos os benefícios fiscais de que a minha Esposa terá beneficiado, pedindo um empréstimo para o fazer.
Penso sinceramente que é uma proposta justa e com a qual, estou certo, a sua Esposa ou filha também estarão de acordo.
Grato pela atenção que possa dar a esta proposta, informo V. Exa. que darei conhecimento da mesma a Sua Ex.ª o Presidente da República, agradecendo fervorosamente o apoio que tem dispensado ao seu Governo e a medidas como esta e também o aumento de impostos aos reformados e outras…

assim andam as coisas aqui por Portugal este é um dos muitos casos e pessoas com doenças graves ou a espera de operações/transplantes vivem quase ao abandono dos nossos governante que apenas se preocupam com a boa vida deles e acumular 4 e 5 reformas milionárias deixando o pais morrer lentamente, até quando iremos sofrer em silencio?

My Wife, Maria Amelia Pereira Cerqueira Gonçalves Sampaio, a victim of breast cancer in 2008, was operated on January 6 with the extraction of the same radical.
For this 'thing' without any importance was given a 80% disability, picture, giving rise to what my wife has enjoyed some tax benefits.
Therefore, taking into account its guidelines, particularly for the CGA, which confirm to you that the Cancer is only a matter of less importance.
Considering also the fact that V. Ex ª, consistently, for years they want to be removed from the tax benefits, to anyone who earns a little more than minimum wage, I come to propose to you Ex nd the following:
The return of breast cancer in my Woman V. Exa. that, with my compliments, will give to his wife or daughter.
Concurrently with this offering would have to accept their wife or daughter yet:
a) The six (6) chemotherapy treatments.
b) The twenty-eight (28), radiotherapy.
c) The distress and anxiety that we suffer before, during and after.
d) The midterms (what a waste Minister, will have to guide your colleague's health to stop this scandal).
e) The anxiety that are accompanied these tests.
e) The anguish in which we live permanently.

In exchange for V. Ex nd stay for themselves and their illness with my wife and our suffering, I returned all the tax benefits that my wife has received, requesting a loan to do so.
I sincerely believe that is a fair offer and with which I am sure your wife or daughter will also be in agreement.
Grateful for the attention he can give this proposal, inform V. Exa. I will give knowledge thereof to His Ex nd the President, thanking the fervent support that has offered to his Government and also such measures and tax increases for pensioners and others ...

As V. Ex ª not believe in God (which are considered as such ...) and so sleep in peace, hugging and kissing her, I can only hope that God forgive him, because I can not (ever) forgive him.

things are going well here in Portugal this is one of many cases and people with serious illnesses or waiting for operations / transplants live almost to the abandonment of our leader who only care about their good life and earn millions 4 and 5 reforms leaving parents die slowly, even when we suffer in silence?
