Como Seremos em 2768 / How we will be the year 2768

speculative and fanciful predictions for the future of mankind. I found this one, published in the last century and has translated a half mouth. She tells how the human race will evolve to survive in a world of high concentrations of toxins and pollutants. The publication was originally made in the former Soviet Union and the credits are from Dr. W. S. Goker. I think at some time will have to revise our standards of beauty.
1. Eyes. In order to withstand contact with pollutants in the atmosphere, the human eye will be smaller, similar to the pig. A transparent membrane (which can now be found in the inner corner of eye), will be larger and will serve as a second eyelid.
2. Nose. Increase in size and will have a system of compartments and better filters for clean air. For the same reason, nose hair will become thicker and longer.
3. Lungs. Increase in size and will be more connected to the circulatory system, allowing the extraction of air from a small amount of oxygen.
4. Liver. Its ability to cleanse the blood will increase dramatically becoming more effective in filtering poisonous substances.
5. Skin becomes more brutal, with areas of calcification to prevent burns from chemical pollutants in the atmosphere.
6. Appendix. Stop having a surface function, helping to transform any type of vegetable in food (since the meat will become unfit for consumption because of pollution).
7. Bone structure. It will be lighter and more fragile due to the relative lack of vitamin D (reducing the amount of sunlight and poor diet).
8. Hair. Disappear due to a strong global warming.
9. Ears. The increased noise pollution will lead to the formation of folds in the ears, making them more similar to the dog. One person can lift them to hear better and lower them to reduce the flow noise.
10. Temperament. The man will be a little crazy. This is due to the presence of toxic substances in food products (which contain a high percentage of mercury).
11. Breathing apparatus. Immediately after birth, the man need a special unit of breath, which will help it to survive the first weeks of life.
12. Kidneys. Will acquire a new function - the extraction of water from urine and water conservation in the body. Instead of fluid, the person will urinate a sort of puree, composed of uric acid and toxic substances.
