É melhor não pensar na bomba calórica que está a
ingerir e render-se aos prazeres do Guilty. O restaurante de Olivier da
Costa tem uma nova carta e dela consta um desafio: o maior hambúrger do
país. O Super Guilty não é uma brincadeira. É feito com meio
quilo de hambúrguer de vaca, com picanha de black angus, alface, tomate,
cebola roxa, cornichons, aros de cebola frita, cebola confitada com
cogumelos, queijo gruyère, pão e acompanhado com batatas fritas
caseiras.
Tem 14 centímetros de altura, 18 de diâmetro e 1,5 quilos no total. "Quem provar que consegue comer, sozinho, tudo o que estiver no prato em menos de hora e meia (e não vale andar a oferecer batatas fritas), não paga este super-hambúrguer e ainda é homenageado com a música do Super-Homem", desafia Olivier.
Além do Super Guilty, o restaurante introduz o "hambúrguer Português", com compota de chouriço e queijo de Serpa, o Tailandês com camarão panado, a pizza Maiale com leitão, a Fat Duck com confit pato, selecção especial de queijos e azeite de trufa e uma pizza fria com salmão e cream cheese com ervas frescas.
E que tal uma pizza de Banana Split? Sim, também há. A nova carta entra em vigor na sexta-feira, marcando também a abertura de uma nova esplanada a pensar no verão. O Guilty abre entre as 12h30 e as 15h30 e das 19h30 à 1h00. O Guilty fica na Rua Barata Salgueiro, 28 A, numa transversal da Avenida da Liberdade, em Lisboa.
